Questions school owners ask
Do I need a computer?
No. Termbook works on any smartphone, Android or iPhone. You open it in the browser and add it to your home screen, so it opens like an app.
What if there is no network or data?
You can keep working. Payments you record are saved on your phone and go up to the cloud by themselves when the internet is back.
Is our school’s information safe?
Yes. Only your school’s login can see your records. They are stored on Google’s secure cloud (Firebase). You can hide all amounts behind a PIN, and download a full backup any time. We never sell or share your school’s data.
Can parents see our records?
No. Only your school can see Termbook. Parents only get the receipts you choose to send them.
Can you bring in our old records?
Yes. Send us your pupil list and any balances owed from last term. We put them in for you, so you start with the full picture.
Can we stop any time?
Yes. You pay one term at a time. If you stop, your records are kept safe, and we can give you a copy.
How do we pay?
